My mission - ethical Success
What do I mean? Business ethics are the moral principles that act as a guide for the way a business or person in business, conducts itself and its transactions.
I believe we've seen enough of the get-rich-quick styles of business that prioritise profit over people and so my mission in business is to show people that there is a different way which I call ethical success.
Success that comes from creating products, services and interactions that align with our own personal values, that put our customers best interest at heart and do not ditch purpose in the pursuit of personal profit.

4th - 8th September 2023
Starting on Sunday 3rd September for 5 evenings, you will be sent a video and podcast module to watch/listen to in your own time.
Each module covers one aspect of my ethical success blueprint.
Between Monday 4th September and Friday 8th of September I will be holding a daily coaching Q&A session on zoom.
This will give you a chance to ask questions, talk about how this could be applied to your business and gain any clarity you need from both myself and other members of the group.
This will be an open and non-judgemental space to explore what ethical practices in our business can look like

Within our week together I am going to send you the learning resources to either watch or listen to each day, you pick what works for you .
Then each day Monday to Friday I'll host an online group call where we can discuss, you can pose your questions and I can help you get clear on what's coming up for you? or how you can implement. This also means you will retain the content forever and you can re-use this time and time again.
COACHING CALLS
Some people hate group situations and that's ok - I'd identify as a lurker myself. If that's you there is also the option to book some time with me one to one in September, this is by no means a requirement and the Ethical Success Blueprint is absolutely brilliant as a stand alone.
This is offered to take into account peoples learning styles and availability.
